Athletic Programs

YOUTH SERVICES

This age group our focus is to introduce the core foundation of athleticism. Our 60-minute sessions are designed to place a priority on running, technique, flexibility, balance, coordination, and relative strength. These techniques will improve a child’s athletic ability, performance, and injury prevention, in a safe, fun, positive environment.

AGES 7-11 (YOUTH)

This age group our focus is to introduce the core foundation of athleticism. Our 60-minute sessions are designed to place a priority on running, technique, flexibility, balance, coordination, and relative strength. These techniques will improve a child’s athletic ability, performance, and injury prevention, in a safe, fun, positive environment.

AGES 12-14 (JUNIOR)

In our next stage this program focuses on progressing directly toward an athlete’s skill while refining and engraining speed, agility, and power. This leads to permanent and positive athletic change. These 90-minute sessions provide benefits in two ways, proper movement techniques with an increased force that leads to maximized potential as athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength, and joint integrity.

AGES 15+ ( SENIORS)

This 90-minute session will be focused on fine-tuning athletes speed, power, and agility. We provide an endless combination of athletic skill training so the competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on strength and power increases with moderately heavy loads and optimized power output.

COLLEGIATE & PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

This 90-minute session will be focused on fine-tuning and the athlete’s speed, power, and agility. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so that competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on strength and power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.
